To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入門口打招呼並非純正廣東話都心有不妙,但果一剎那真係諗唔到食咩好,唯有坐底啦。打開個menu, 特然有種似層相識的感覺,即時再望下餐廳的燈光,實在令我太感動啦,原來係百份百茶記的同一集團呀,點攪呀😂呢種風格的menu實在是集團式望來望去都諗唔到食咩好,唯有望下隔離枱啦,睇下有無咩啟示啦。叫左個石窩牛肉飯🥘🥘🥘🥘嘩,真係炸炸聲架,仲好熱,品質上算唔錯,但牛肉太少,飯係平時茶記的碟頭飯。另外叫左個人参雞湯,可以試下既,湯有湯煮,雞有雞煮,無人参味亦無雞味。

叫左個石窩牛肉飯🥘🥘🥘🥘嘩,真係炸炸聲架,仲好熱,品質上算唔錯,但牛肉太少,飯係平時茶記的碟頭飯。
