To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於今日嚴重感冒零胃口，早餐都無食。Lunch Time 諗住食完飯小休返半個鐘，所以選擇速食快餐，揀咗斐聲國際嘅影視紅星杜汶澤先生代言嘅...大快活。廢話不多說，一望餐牌就比「雙拼燒味牛丸米粉」吸引到病入膏方嘅我。點知就咁中伏，佢個餐牌欺騙咗我嘅感情，枉我病咗都幫襯佢囉。一打開蓋，嚇見雙拼燒味唔見咗一味，只有叉燒。我當堂嚇左一跳啦，回過神來先意會到「牛丸」係雙拼中其中一拼，即係正確寫法應該係「雙拼.燒味牛丸米」而唔係餐牌既「雙拼燒味.牛丸米」，跟據最新生效既商品說明條例似乎有誤導之嫌喎。Focus 返係食物質素果度，份量少到連病重嘅我都唔夠食，米粉無乜特別，生菜唔知係唔新鮮啊，定係煮過龍，黃甘甘咁。牛丸就係打邊爐牛丸，好在叉燒爭番啖氣，反而有驚喜，估佢唔到瘦到無肥肉嘅叉燒都可以冧得黎又彈牙，且有口感。但一碗取巧叫雙拼既米粉於快餐店索價$32 唔跟飲品未免太進取！ 食品口味清淡，但伏味相當濃郁囉！
