Weekend 七點半上到黎個環境都仲可以咁舒適,為今晚豐富滿足既一餐邊爐揭開序幕。由於我地有選擇困難症,坐左成半粒鐘無嗌野食都無俾人催促喎,環境清幽又好坐。銀湯雞翅鍋,無可奈何,個雞湯味確實勁濃,個翅勁多,成煲起碼有十幾疏。湯煲入面既雞都有成半隻,而且並無好似一般湯渣咁勁鞋,都尚算滑溜,由於個湯太好飲,我最終飲左成六七碗,淨係飲湯都飲飽哂 lu。頂級新鮮手切本地肥牛,邊位同脊位,嗌左個大既339,實不相暪,睇番人地嗌細嗰啲相,大同細好似差唔多,不過都唔緊要啦,最緊要好食,邊位有咬口,脊位夠肥美。本地黑毛豬腩片,不得不讚,師傅刀工一流,塊塊豬腩片都片到好似紙咁薄,落水拖一拖經已食得,得左。手唧墨魚麵,無可否認,呢度既墨魚麵真係夠哂爽口彈牙,仲食到一粒粒既墨魚肉碎屑喺啲麵度,果然真材實料,童叟無欺。鮮蝦雲吞,實在無計,臨尾個雲吞真係飽到食唔落咁滯啊,隻隻雲吞都大大隻勁足料,粒粒都有蝦喺入面架,真係唔係度度食到架喎。另外不得不提茶芥每位都只不過係18蚊,加一再另計,六個人打邊爐嗌四碟野加埋一都只不過係壹仟叁佰肆拾伍蚊,諗番起嗰煲翅勁足料,好彩我地只係嗌左四碟野炸,如果唔係實食唔哂姐。餐廳作
