黎到啲個凍冰冰嘅天氣當然要食啲熱辣辣嘅野暖下身,今日就去左尖沙咀寶勒巷嘅大一海鮮火鍋料理DAIICHIHOTPOT打個邊爐喇。我自己真心要特別推介下個湯底:金湯腿翅鍋真係唔好好飲,湯底足料,又夠入味,完全超越左一個湯底啲個level!我地開始時係飲左一碗個雞翅湯先,有翅又有雞件,好好飲!之後再加湯打邊爐都仲keep到雞湯味。如果淨係個金湯腿翅鍋嘅為食指數,我比8分。(因為我好中意雞湯味)另一個湯底係大一花甲皇蟹鍋入面有超多黑胡椒,個人呢就覺得比較辣,唔係好食嘅辣。不過湯底都足料嘅,有唔少花甲仲有蟹添。火鍋料我地就叫左手切安格斯肥牛,肥瘦岩岩好啲雪花好靚仔,而且肉味好濃。另外黑松露帶子餃都推介,值得一試!除左打邊爐之外,仲有極上魚生拼盤 架,不過不失喇。

公司聖誕聚餐年年都吃火鍋。今次二十幾人,提供的所謂’包房’, 只是有一半牆與大堂之間多了兩塊薄板。大堂全晚噪音鼎沸,全無任何隔音、私隱可言。所叫四個湯底:松露、花膠雞湯、沙爹,即使食到最後,個個淡而無味。材料質素非常普通,價格卻是過往十几年公司聖誕火鍋最貴的。食客似乎多為游客。全晚多次叫侍應加飲品,卻一直冇人。房間坐得非常迫,全無服務。冇下次!

Service is horrible. We ordered black truffle cheese balls but came with squid balls. Since this is the first time we are here, therefore, we have no idea whats the cheesy squid balls going to look like. After we have tried the squid balls, we realised theres mo cheese. Then we told them this werent the one we ordered. We have been questioned that “so why you ate them “ for 2 times from different staffs. We felt humiliated because if we dont try it how would we know if they have cheese inside ??

Then one of the “manager” took our plate and throw it hard in front of us to their “trush bucket”

We asked for a lid to cover up our pot, a staff just took one used from another table and try to pretend its new and put it on our pot. The hygiene horrify me too.

The service there are horrible.
To be honest, for the nice soup base, there ate a lot of places have nice soup base with MUCH BETTER services. Will never go back to this resturant again.

火鍋料叫左一碟牛魔王同豬八戒(牛同豬既各部位),值得一試!而黑松露芝心墨魚丸係當心既必食推介👍🏼👍🏼其他食材亦不過不失。

11個人,大家食到飽飽都係$3300可以落樓,非常抵依。唯一美中不足係衛生比較差,我地食食下會見到小強🤦🏻‍♂️

總體而言,可以一試!

出奇地竟然今日冇full-house,

但係都冇乜人可能中秋正日好多人都驚出面多人掛..

一開始食刺身類別先ge,
我地叻仔同有用餐經驗ge人套定料, 留定左象拔蚌同凍蟹(個蟹d人話好食過好多長腳蟹), 仲叫左個劍魚腩.
加拿大A級象拔蚌(32兩) -> 一個字 ->正
爽.甜.鮮. 
深色少少位置佢放開左的, 用黎淥兩下食都好正~~~~~

凍花開蟹 -> 好鮮, 佢開得好好, 完全唔洗自己開的, 
D肉完全冇痴殼, 分數同象拔蚌差不多高..

劍魚腩 -> 幾甜同入口即溶, 但相對上$99/6塊有少少貴因為唔太大, 同埋佢係有3塊厚切, 3塊薄切.

不過冇計啦, 有d打邊爐正ge食店, 刺身類都係新鮮d, 都不得不試..........

講返打邊爐o個part先, 我地揀左鴛鴦鍋 - 野菌黑松露湯鍋+杏汁白菜豬肺鍋
如果鐘意黑松露的你地一定要試, 啖啖湯都有滿滿的黑松露, 好濃好香...
杏汁白菜豬肺就有少少稀, 唔太夠杏汁味, 菜味太多少少菜湯咁..但係豬肺又大又爽搭救返..

****一定要提ge係, 你地可以係鍋到ge時間先飲左d湯先...一路食刺身一路飲, 
之後先開始打邊爐^^

不過因為冷盤都幾飽, 我地今日食左3樣打邊爐ge野就好full了, 
牛啦, 牛味重, 呢個價黎講真係多, 肥瘦分佈得幾好架..

仲有冰菜就係特別的口感, 淥幾下食又好特意..

女王粉就其實係粗的薯粉咁, 淥落黑松露湯真係冇得頂呀~

有機會去ge你地, 都試下丫.....個湯底真係唔錯架~

夏日火火亦無阻我同朋友打邊壚既心,,經朋友介紹話呢間好好食,又就腳,即時要訂定台,即晚食。野菌湯就試得多,加埋黑松露,呢個新嘗試好特別,原來都幾岩打邊壚。另外叫左碟手切安格斯肥牛,肥瘦岩岩好,肉味好濃,食到停唔到口。呢個椒鹽粟米都好岩餐前食下,又香口,粟米又爽口。魚三角,新鮮,肉又滑,連我唔食魚都搶住同我朋友食。黑松露餃同雲吞都皮薄餡靚,味道濃,值得推介。牛丸同墨魚丸都好彈牙,應該係手打,墨丸魚好新鮮,有食海鮮既感覺。油炸鬼原來用嚟打邊爐都好好食,講起都想再食,蝦膠都好彈牙。

火煱配料叫左個兩款牛,有牛胸爽同本地手切肥牛,牛胸爽真係唔係好多地方有,食落牛味好重,而且好爽,遠睇以為係牛既脂肪,原來都係牛入面肌肉既一部份。滾一滾見到牛胸爽收縮就食得,食落口好爽,但牛味好重。
