週末喜歡歎一盅兩件,很早以前也有留意過Mott 32,印象中當時可以table map訂檯,不過只得1小時15分鐘便要還檯,很不人道,所以一直未有機會試。最近忙擺fair、忙寫計劃書、忙到有一餐沒一餐的,是日男友生日,再忙也要記得慶祝。訂檯的時候,店方介紹了鎮店北京田鴨,因為要醃製48小時,所以一定要事前預訂,難怪店內的咭片及皮製menu上均有鴨子的圖様。雖然很想試,不過兩個人要KO一整隻實在是mission impossible,唯有作罷。餐廳位於地庫,店內裝修以藍色為主調,像置身於外國圖書館的感覺,有種沉穩的美。大廳上方有個假天窗,燈光射下來,光線充足很適合拍照,其他房間設有不同主題的佈置,有些掛了中式毛筆,有些帶點loft的味道,牆上的暉春和燈籠又提醒我們時值新年,喜慶氣氛參外濃厚。點了一壺茉莉花茶,開始打開餐牌慢慢研究想吃什麼。先來一籠水晶蝦餃皇,$65有四件,端來的時候,形態飽滿,擺放整齊優美,視覺上很賞心悅目。蝦餃入口的確皮薄彈牙,蝦仁很爽口,不過內餡不夠濕潤。黑豚肉松露鵪鶉蛋燒賣$60兩件,第一個驚喜位是松露香氣超濃厚,令人心花怒放。正當四月心想鵪鶉蛋在哪兒的時候,竟然發
