Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次high tea揀左呢間JW Hotel,窗口位都係要預早book定既😌，今次Afternoon Tea Set X Valmont,佢會送一張免費一對一皮膚諮詢服務+送護膚體驗套裝👍🏻👍🏻今次閒日嚟到唔算多人，黎到有個Welcome Tea(桂花冰茶),之後個tea set好快到啦，鹹點方面有鮑魚撻，龍蝦沙律，虎蝦春卷，鴨肝，煙三文魚卷同埋三文治😍我特別鍾意個龍蝦沙律，佢個龍蝦好新鮮勁大舊又爽口，啖啖肉嫁，沙律個味又好夾，唸起都流口水🤤🤤其次係個鴨肝，佢配咗個鮮無花果同醬，完整一塊嫁，無花果同鴨肝係絕配😌😌，拼埋一齊食真係好Fresh又唔會流👍🏻👍🏻甜點方面佢都係以mousse同朱古力為主，到最尾都係食唔晒嫁，因為佢真係好流，到而家為止我都係試過有一間嘅甜品係全部清晒，唯一要讚吓係佢個焦糖檸檬蜂蜜mousse，食落幾清新，唔覺好流🐝Scone方面佢都係平時食開嘅原味同提子味，都係配咗jam同忌廉,普普通通冇咩特別呢度啲梳化位坐得好舒服，枱與枱之間都有一段距離👍🏻👍🏻

今次閒日嚟到唔算多人，黎到有個Welcome Tea(桂花冰茶),之後個tea set好快到啦，鹹點方面有鮑魚撻，龍蝦沙律，虎蝦春卷，鴨肝，煙三文魚卷同埋三文治😍

我特別鍾意個龍蝦沙律，佢個龍蝦好新鮮勁大舊又爽口，啖啖肉嫁，沙律個味又好夾，唸起都流口水🤤🤤
其次係個鴨肝，佢配咗個鮮無花果同醬，完整一塊嫁，無花果同鴨肝係絕配😌😌，拼埋一齊食真係好Fresh又唔會流👍🏻👍🏻

甜點方面佢都係以mousse同朱古力為主，到最尾都係食唔晒嫁，因為佢真係好流，到而家為止我都係試過有一間嘅甜品係全部清晒，唯一要讚吓係佢個焦糖檸檬蜂蜜mousse，食落幾清新，唔覺好流🐝

Scone方面佢都係平時食開嘅原味同提子味，都係配咗jam同忌廉,普普通通冇咩特別
