印象中我是第二次來「Rosedale Hotel Kowloon」。以前辦公室在奧海城,第一次來是在此酒店41樓出席公司酒會。今次來,就是吃以海鮮做主題的自助晚餐-Summer Feast。首先冷凍海鮮,走不了的重點,有「麵包蟹」、「雪場蟹腳」、「凍蝦」等:即切新鮮刺身、壽司也是自助餐鐵膽之一,大路的都齊備:沙律區域,長方形枱上全部擺滿各式各樣沙律,能夠為炎熱天添上一些清新,不會令人吃得太滯。「泰式酸木瓜沙律」不錯,我也久沒吃了:主食方面,以下幾項都是我喜愛的。「燒龍蝦尾喇沙」它很聰明,因為波士頓龍蝦一向鮮味較遜,以肉爽取勝。今次將龍蝦燒香,再放入喇沙裡煮,油香和精華都溢到湯中。而且成條龍蝦柳可以起出來吃,啖啖肉是蠻有滿足感嫩滑的「阿拉斯加蟹肉燉蛋白」:無味精中湯,今天是「海鮮冬瓜盅」,可以消消暑:「紅酒炆牛面頰」,炆得軟嫩有致,印象中這是我有返兜再吃的小菜之一:「泰式香茅鱸魚」,醒胃:其它主菜隨影:甜品區域,今期以芒果做主題,有不同蛋糕、布甸:可自製豆腐花芋圓:數款 Mōvenpick 雪糕任吃:我的無添加鮮榨西瓜汁:在奧運附近酒店不算多,加上是住宅區,要食抵吃自助餐,這裏是個不俗的
