To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十二月上旬暫住在沒炊具的舊唐樓,附近雖有不少特色小吃,但媽媽在周日弄的鹹菜炆門鱔、炆釀豆腐等自小吃大的家常菜,鹹酸的汁可送下小半碗白飯,一時失去了,又會覺得人生似欠缺了什麼似的,是回家後的原味...?來一餸一湯一甜品的套餐$36,老火例湯,每天大煲的煮,料足味道自然不會差,更不需味精提味。兩餸一湯,最近大局連連,是日還是清簡一點好了,叫了鯪魚肉釀豆腐,菜芯伴蒸的釀豆腐,味道家常。豆腐吃了一半,白飯看似濕潤,但吃落亦軟熟沒有「米匡」味,也吃了半碗,另外加了$12叫來小白菜,白灼菜清清腸胃,當晚上老媽問今天有沒吃菜時,網誌中亦總算有相為證...偶的原味家常菜食味與感受分享@http://foodxfile.blogspot.com/2009/12/blog-post_12.html

來一餸一湯一甜品的套餐$36,老火例湯,每天大煲的煮,料足味道自然不會差,更不需味精提味。

兩餸一湯,最近大局連連,是日還是清簡一點好了,叫了鯪魚肉釀豆腐,菜芯伴蒸的釀豆腐,味道家常。

豆腐吃了一半,白飯看似濕潤,但吃落亦軟熟沒有「米匡」味,也吃了半碗,另外加了$12叫來小白菜,白灼菜清清腸胃,當晚上老媽問今天有沒吃菜時,網誌中亦總算有相為證...
