來自北角嘅野郎今晚係我同女朋友嘅紀念日,不過疫情下都無慶祝,只係決定收工食餐好嘅,於是我地就揀咗呢間野郎。我地叫咗150g 西冷扒($98)同埋 原條牛舌芯 ($148)。除咗食物好味外,價錢都好吸引,佢有個推廣優惠,只要加$1,就可以升級個size. 我地見咁抵,就即刻升級,150g 就變咗200g 西冷。 先講個西冷扒先,師傅從容地從食材中挑選上品,然後解凍炮製,最後放上預熱嘅大鐵板俾客人自己燒。我地就煎到7成熟,一放入口就感受到上等食材嘅祝福。肉質爽口不韌,細切一口品嚐,肉汁沿住刀鋒慢慢流出,正當我地都以為肉汁會順勢流到鐵板上,點知外層較厚身同熟嘅部分將肉汁緊緊地鎖住,停係下一口肉上。呢個過程清晰可見,原來呢個就係入口即溶嘅奧祕。再嚟就係牛舌芯,大鐵板上嘅蒜片伴隨住一塊塊嘅牛舌,口感獨特,最重要嘅係香蒜無搶咗香烤口舌嘅味道,牛舌都比一般街外嘅有牛味同埋絕對不會有種咬唔爛嘅感覺,果然係貨真價實。
