To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係香港未食過元氣的香港人，都唔算係sushi lover. 我都好肯定絕大多香港人都好喜歡食壽司。元氣一直都引進好多新科技，由以前的pda落單，手機apps拿飛，今日發覺鑽石山店竟然有飲食界的新突破「Cyber自動送上門！」每坐位都有一部私家pad, 自己落單，唔洗同人爭，又唔洗等伙記。落單後由路軌robot自動送上門。每次叫幾多送幾多，邊叫邊食。一個字，快! arm哂香港人，由落單到入口，當日只需要1分鐘。壽司比以前更新鮮，見下圖，無打燈，無修改，一睇就知，正!ps: 樓面員工有難了!
