來自籠太子嘅驚喜聽倒同事講筲箕灣有間好正嘅點心鋪,我知女朋友鍾意食點心,於是收工之後就即刻帶女朋友過去試試。我地先試咗個原隻鮑魚燒賣,本身仲諗緊餐廳用素鮑拎個意頭,點知一啖咬落去,上乘嘅罐頭鮑魚從舌尖翻滾至喉嚨,當食落去嘅時候,燒賣本身嘅肉汁與鮑魚內在嘅鮮汁盡收胃底。兩者非常配合,係貨真價實,值得一試。之後就係多汁小籠包。當小籠包放入口中再輕輕以脷底一壓,薄薄嘅外皮瞬間穿開,湯汁即時在口腔內飛射,而且並唔會過份燙口,小籠包係師傅悉心控制火候下,做到入口即溶嘅境界。另外個雪山叉燒包都非常出色,叉燒肉拌勻嘅蜜汁香濃惹味,外面酥皮嘅雪山皮為整道菜加添層次,咬開叉燒包時便能感受到流沙餡的滑順質地。
