名牌西餐廳「Louise」暗藏於斜坡上嘅元創方內,晴天其實都唔係太易行,不過黃雨天啲水沖得快又勁就更屬危險地帶
。店子環境優雅大方,無奈價格高企嘅食物水準未於傳聞般高質美味。貴為一星餐廳,最令人吃驚嘅反而係甚為參差嘅服務水平,除咗接待員最黑面
,雨天早到唔會有位坐之外,晚餐中途其實仲有一段小插曲反映出服務生如何不一視同仁:話說細佬收到嘅訂座確認短訊中清楚注明服裝要求為「Ladies : Elegant ''Smart Causal'' attire is suggested.  Refrain from wearing beach shorts, beach sandals and sportswear. Gentleman: Elegant ''Smart Causal’' attire is suggested. Refrain from wearing beach shorts, beach sandals, open toed shoes, sleeveless shirts and sportswear.」,真係估唔到隔離枱正正就有兩位身穿短褲及波鞋嘅男食客用餐,明顯不符合上述嘅服裝要求!講真好難斷定是否接待員失職,定係兩位VIP有特權,不過飯後問及外籍經理時,佢就話明白當中嘅矛盾,要了解過事件後方才能作出解釋;執著嘅長輩刻意留下卡片等待回覆,可惜事隔咗兩個多星期,至今仍未有人聯絡跟進,似乎有欠專業
!肥肥家族嘅意見一定不能代表其他人嘅意見,只係唔知道如果米芝蓮評審員遇上同一晚發生嘅選擇性彈性處理手法會有咩感想呢?!
