To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我很愛吃華星, 已經來過好多次, 平常都是吃常餐或是重口味出前一丁 超好吃的!這次來看到新推出了幾款晚餐, 就試試看吧!蔥油雞脾紅腸飯華星的炸雞脾是很出名的, 先醃製過後炸得脆脆的雞脾, 一啖雞脾一啖飯, 再搭配特製蔥油來拌飯,正! 紅腸也很好吃。再配上凍檸茶港式紅茶加上幾片新鮮檸檬, 和預先加好的糖水, 酸酸甜甜的,好清爽!好味!滑蛋叉燒飯很港式的滑蛋, 煮到像羹的蛋汁來拌飯吃, 這樣飯會充滿蛋香和蔥香叉燒有6塊, 比較瘦但不柴, 不用擔心會吃胖。熱奶茶熱奶茶也是華星的招牌菜之一, 也是我每次來必喝的。 金黃色的奶茶, 茶味和奶味的濃郁配搭, 喝完還有點回甘。想吃個港式復古晚餐! 來華星吧!
