To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

5月19日, 優閒離島之行當然要以海鮮餐作結~ 行到來索罟灣有幾間海鮮飯店, 比較之下泰苑呢一個2人餐幾合我地心水~ 價錢相宜得嚟老闆娘仲有野送~::: 海鮮2人餐 ::: $228::: 椒鹽鮮魷 :::呢個炸法唔同一般咁, 個炸皮比較厚身, 感覺同條鮮魷差不多. 鮮魷肉地彈牙, 鮮味十足好新鮮, 唔錯~ 但係椒鹽味唔夠出, 味道頗淡...::: 豉油蝦 :::呢碟炒出嚟好香, 食落都十分嘅入味~ 可以話炒到連殼都脆埋, 蝦頭都可以就咁食~ 之不過蝦比較細隻, 肉質唔算好鮮, 份量撘夠~::: 豉椒炒蟶子 :::呢一個就比較失望, 炒到肉同殼分離, 亦都冇鑊香, 就好似平時食豉椒排骨飯嗰pat汁咁... 汁係好味, 蟶仔都好味, 就係撈埋一齊就有一種不和感, 加上好似殼多過肉咁...::: 蒸鮑魚仔 :::鮑魚仔清蒸就已經好夠味, 加上少少蔥吊下味, 好食~ 肉質彈牙一d都唔韌, 鮮甜味十足~::: 酥炸墨魚球 :::呢2粒墨魚球係老闆娘送嘅, 雖然個賣相唔太討好, 又好似同平時d墨丸冇乜分別, 但係入口即刻改觀~ 墨魚味道豐富, 炸得香口, 十分結實, 肉味慢慢滲出, 比起個椒鹽鮮

鮑魚仔清蒸就已經好夠味, 加上少少蔥吊下味, 好食~ 肉質彈牙一d都唔韌, 鮮甜味十足~

呢2粒墨魚球係老闆娘送嘅, 雖然個賣相唔太討好, 又好似同平時d墨丸冇乜分別, 但係入口即刻改觀~ 墨魚味道豐富, 炸得香口, 十分結實, 肉味慢慢滲出, 比起個椒鹽鮮魷更加好味~

去離島最寫意嘅莫過於望住日落食個晚飯, 睇住南丫島日頭到夜晚嘅變化, 再悠閒咁撘個船, 咁樣先係一個離島遊完美結局~ 此程亦都係我地2人世界最後的一個離島晚上~
