To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千挑萬選選中佢,發現唔係最抵食,但還可接受。二人餐有三個餸,一飯一菜,兩飲品。其實我唔喜汽水,應該選一間唔跟飲品,錯咗。而份量二人唻講算少,好彩之前食咗串燒。兩大一細剛好,唔會太飽或者肚餓。豉椒炒蜆,蜆肉數過有廿三隻,略嫌豆豉少,但味道整體不錯。鮑魚雖然得兩隻,都算大隻,幾淋,果皮味香。椒鹽鮮魷太多粉,小朋友愛吧,成人一般,啲汁可以杰返少少。炒飯量亦正常二人份,正常味道,唔咸,亦唔香。整體中規中矩。 continue reading

店子有的座位就在海邊,悠閒的感覺滿滿的。服務也不錯很好,入座點菜上菜結賬離開,店員都很有禮貌,又會提醒下一班船在何時開航,又向我們指示碼頭方向,還送我們船期表。南丫島的榕樹灣走到索罟灣,又是午飯時候。這邊有幾家海鮮酒家,試了這一家。點了一個二人餐:白灼蝦:這個最好吃,蝦大隻又鮮味。蒸鮑魚:一般,不特別鮮味。蒸魚:不錯金錢雞:味道比較淡,沾上蒸鮑魚的豉油之後好吃得多。浸油麥菜:很好吃,份量也多。炸丸子:味道一般,不過這是送的,不能要求太高。啤酒:夠冰凍,好解渴。白灼海生蝦鮮甜美味!椒鹽鮮魷煙韌香脆。生炒骨,酸酸甜甜,胃口大開。炸墨魚丸香噴噴又彈牙。西芹炒斑球,斑球夠滑夠鮮甜。蛋白蒸花蟹,蛋白充滿蟹肉鮮味,白白滑滑,送飯一流。楊州炒飯,蛋香四溢,大滿足。 continue reading

閑日去南丫島好在唔係咁多人,喺索罟灣落船,晏晝大概三四點,試咗呢間泰苑海鮮酒家,叫咗個六人餐,包6罐汽水,再加三隻賴尿蝦,埋單1600左右,9人食,有2個小朋友,整體來講都幾好食🙂🙂🙂,海鮮來講白灼蝦同埋元貝係最好嘅,賴尿蝦就$180隻,可以分三件,價錢OK,但係味道普通,反而隻雞有啲驚喜,算有雞味,碟油麥菜都算鮮甜中午餐來講每人算食到七成飽,以呢個價錢來講其實都合理,Service來講整體都唔錯,幾有禮貌 continue reading
