To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

差唔多一放假就去譚仔喱到食,每次都有3個人,叫左個酸辣過橋米線套餐,好大碗,有齊豬肉,牛肉,雞肉,腩肉,豬潤,火腿,乍醬,酸菜,魚旦,牛丸,墨丸,腐皮,豆卜,九菜,生菜,芽菜,炸醬...好多料,簡左佢3哥酸辣,個湯底分好多等級既,我只系簡左10小,不過食落係好濃味的,好辣,食落好開胃呀,米線亦入味唔錯,真係好好味呀~~!炸醬係分開上既,又係好好味例牌野,大白,土匪,尖椒,土匪雞翼,食落個皮好脆呀同好香口,雞肉又多汁好好味~~~~~!蒜泥白肉,睇個賣相好似好辣咁呀,不過其實又係唔太辣的,同好多蒜呀真係,so都幾重既蒜味,同酸酸辣速既幾好味,不過油左少少~~~~~!仲有尖椒皮蛋,呢d又系必食野黎,譚仔真系幾抵食
