To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

暑假開始了, 經常會帶孩子到附近的圖書館打書釘。當然亦唔少得要黎呢度食個豐富午餐.孩子最愛就係呢度的六重芝士肉餅.我地睇餐牌, 有個叫 "升級版六重芝士煎肉餅飯$68平時我地都食開六重芝士呢款肉餅, 因為孩子真係好愛食芝士。今次佢自己看餐牌時, 發現到有個升級版, 所以話要試。職員話, "升級版" 原來係再多加入了紫菜混入肉餅, 令肉餅更加香。果然又係小朋友最愛的口味, 大人試過都鐘意。芝士因為濃味, 所以混入紫菜, 變得無咁漏。不錯!另外我地又叫左蒙古辣枚然牛肉煎肉餅飯 $52呢個都係平時會叫開既肉餅, 味道帶有輕微的辣粉香, 食落好有蒙古風味, 相信係枚然粉的效果。最後想食多個火腿西多士, 味道屬穩陣之選, 上面塊牛油好厚!! 好正!
