To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶時間去沙田開咗冇幾耐嘅元氣食嘢，入到去見仲有好多空位，所以就問吓可唔可以坐卡位，點知個女侍應（講廣東話唔正）就問經理，之後就比說話我聽，仲話盡快食喎，非常之無禮貌，完全趕客！野食算快，食物唔差，不過一坐低就比服務員咁樣對待，感覺真係好差，仲有呢間餐廳訓練下員工啲廣東話，講野唔正又要用廣東話去話人，真係好好笑食完個下午茶都唔夠九個字就埋單走人，對呢間分店評分好差，好耐未試過遇過啲咁嘅服務員，唔該練好啲廣東話先好落嚟返工啦
