最近接另一半放工,發現銅鑼灣鵝頸橋附近很多新開餐廳,今晚放工約了舊同事食飯,他想吃日本菜,找到了在內街的炎丸水產,佈置頗有地道日本磯燒店感覺。麻醬蕃茄豆腐沙律 $58先吃個前菜,加添胃口開餐,麻醬好香,菜也新鮮。辣味炸豆腐 $38豆腐表面炸得香脆微辣,還有豆香,不錯。三文魚中卷 $88黑魚子鮮味,三文魚下還有飛魚子,又多了一個層次,牛油果有益,加上紫菜與蟹柳。梭子魚 $228賣相出色,把魚身兩邊片肉出來,輕輕燒過,魚皮燒出香味,表層熟,內層仍然是魚生口感,入口有層次,肉質鮮甜腍滑,入口溶化。日本甜醬牛肉鍋 $108有點像喜壽燒,牛肉腍,豆腐香滑,還有其他蔬菜,菇菌與粉條,浸煮多一陣子才吃。大虎鬼殼磯燒 $116即是燒虎蝦,大虎蝦肉質爽口彈牙,大概有七寸長,肉厚,侍應燒的手勢不錯,不會太乾身,仍有肉汁。柳葉魚 $45即多春魚,慢火燒,雖然等得頗耐,但乾身得來香口,最喜歡咬爆大舊而甘香的魚春。巨峰燒酌 $48燒物配酒,最好不過,帶葡萄味的酒,對我來說酒味輕,夾葡萄味道還可以。鹹檸檬Highball $58鹽加檸檬加梳打再威士忌,酒味不會太濃,味道可以。
