To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由舊喜喜食到黎新舖位,一個月總會黎一兩次,都食左幾年。啲嘢食唔錯幾好食,由其是個咸牛脷出前一丁同芝士火腿菠蘿包堅好食,第二道食唔到。但係近年侍應態度越來越差。自己都係老粗一名,明白去茶餐廳食野唔會要求五星級酒店招呼。不過今日去到食野,坐底前想執下啲凳之制,有一個金髮黑框眼鏡姐姐侍應沖埋黎好似好喝犯咁,大叫我小心佢張地氈唔好攪!大佬當時又唔係人多,我又沒阻到你,其實我黎食嘢姐⋯⋯啲嘢食幾好食都沒用,咁樣比你呼呼喝喝,直頭趕客,我下次食第間好過。
