To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今午一家人開開心心去飲茶,卻換來一肚氣。自知係酒樓食點心一般是等等等才有得食,今次等最後一碟~豉汁排骨,等了很久,追了一次都未來,便叫侍應姐姐取消及埋單,只是一件普通不过的事結果換來一肚氣,佢竟說边有咁快,入單至今只係半个鐘,要蒸熟先得嫁,態度超串,而經理則爱理不理,擾攘左一陣,一見到有人由廚房取了點心來即撇,由始至终說一句話。果然,經理擺的是高高在上的姿態,難怪侍應講野也串硬你。我地但求互相尊重及基本礼貌,卻换來一肚氣,氣得令自己也失儀,太不值得,決定以後也不会去這酒樓。
