To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去依間大圍既店食野。店舖坐位都闊落，坐得又舒服。同朋友叫左個牛扒同risotto同Parma ham。炭燒美國黑安格斯西冷牛扒 $328個牛扒有d似酒店buffet切出黎既一片牛扒，唔算太嫩，肥瘦分佈都唔均勻，略嫌有d貴。銀雪魚risotto銀雪魚唔算鮮，個sauce就鮮甜，飯就軟硬適中。Parma Ham & melon $128Parma ham 加上 蜜瓜好perfect match。鹹味同甜既balance，但Parma ham肥瘦分佈更均勻會較好。
