有時晚飯想斬料加餸,除咗白切雞、豉油雞外,依家我有多個新選擇,就係大熱嘅窯燒雞,真係皮滑肉嫩特別好味,依家觀塘就有外賣店。每隻窯燒雞大約兩斤重,每日新鮮醃製再高溫烤一小時。拎外賣時有錫紙封得密實,再有外賣袋裝住,確保安全。返屋企拆開仲有煙,聞到香噴噴,見到雞皮烤得金黃色,真係好吸引!如果太熱去用手拆嘅話,都有厚手套墊住。我同屋企人最鍾意食雞,見到整隻窯燒雞就話要親自撕。雞肉真係多汁又超級嫩滑,雞肉同雞骨一撕就拆到。
