每次吃營致會館就想寫篇食評,不知道是什麼毛病......過年和家人一起來這裡午餐,大家都非常的滿意。 原支鮑魚雞粒酥,鮑魚煨的恰到好處,軟且有較勁,滋味也一如既往的好。黑魚子松露龍蝦餃,龍蝦餃餡里混合松露油的味道,表面放少許魚籽,大塊的龍蝦肉皮都包不住,衝了出來,一般的蝦餃不能比啊。官燕芙蓉石榴球,晶瑩剔透的皮里包著整只蝦、蛋白、燕窩,外面用細香蔥包扎,頂部裝飾少許金箔。澳洲M9和牛千絲酥,外面香酥,裡面和牛軟嫩好味道。因為點了芙蓉石榴球,今天就沒點我喜歡的珊瑚芙蓉蝦球皇,但是我最愛的XO醬炒腸粉絕對要點,外表炒的香脆,裡面軟糯,再搭配xo醬一點點微辣的滋味,每次我都可以吃一大份。脆香貴妃雞,一如既往的好吃,雞皮超級無敵薄脆,雞肉非常的juicy,比頭一天晚上莊館的雞好吃太多了。不過三個人點了貴妃雞後,其它的選擇就少了。以後少於四個人的話我可能就不會點半只雞了。鮑魚花膠燉津白,一道用料奢華的小白菜,別看鮑魚和花膠在這裡算輔料,但是用料質高量多,花膠和鮑魚都算得上肥厚,絕對沒有敷衍了事。 其實已經吃了很飽了,還是點了兩個甜點,馬蹄露和杏仁豆腐凍,馬蹄露有一些偏甜,但也覺得不錯。每次來營致

其實已經吃了很飽了,還是點了兩個甜點,馬蹄露和杏仁豆腐凍,馬蹄露有一些偏甜,但也覺得不錯。

每次來營致會館午餐都不會出錯,家人喜歡這裡的精緻和好味道,比起國福樓的傳統老派,我還是更愛這裡。
