To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日行完南丫島，夜晚個餐揀左出返去食，比左幾個選擇兩個FD揀，大家都揀蛋包飯，GOOD！去到好似七點幾，由於3個人既關係等耐少少，後面D一位兩位入先~大約等左20-25分鐘左右就有得入喇~我要 濃茄牛肉+和牛漢堡蛋包飯$96食過咁多次，我對佢地既飯幾時都咁有信心！果然冇令我失望~朋友們都好滿意！期間限定 特濃日本雞蛋布丁$42呢個布丁不得了！話說我係個超級布丁愛好者！(去親日本每晚都要食一杯)估唔到係香港食到個咁正既布丁！蛋味濃，口感滑，布丁上面係咖啡味既cream，仲有一少塊蝴蝶酥！超級超級好食！暫時係我心目中香港既No.1！食完呢次之後成日都好想再去
