相對於炸雞,我個人更傾向烤雞,一來不經油炸,食落比較嫩滑,而且感覺上無咁熱氣,而我個人光顧得最多次嘅一定係Goobne,由最初同一班同事收工成日去嘅旺角店,到而家經常逼另一半同行。今日喺尖沙咀行街,從來唔知道原來有分店喺赫德道。週日下午茶時間,人流唔算多,大約十枱客人,但keep住都有人入座。餐廳位置頗多,同其他Goobne裝潢有啲唔同,燈光稍暗,配深木色枱櫈,坐得舒適餐牌比起以前選擇多左好多,就算同行有唔食烤雞嘅朋友,一樣冇其他韓式料理選擇。烤雞都有唔少未食過嘅新口味,以前我食來食去都係蜜糖咖喱,其實仲有原味、韓式BBQ醬、甜辣、果味蒜香、黑椒、三重芝士等,$165-$208,部分口味可選擇雙拼。另有鐵板類、湯品、部隊鍋、沙律、蛋卷、煎餅等蜜糖香滑烤雞 $185/有骨可選有骨或無骨,我地比較鐘意有骨。烤雞原隻,有十幾件,脾、翼、胸都有,其實真係三個人夠食。烤雞強調不經油炸,反而用烤嘅方法保持雞嘅香脆口感,雞脾固然嫩滑,即使雞胸位都唔會好鞋。而且不含反式脂肪,又冇炸雞咁油膩蜜糖口味濃郁,唔會太甜。配上一份醬汁,酸酸地,沾上後可以解膩,比較清新。慢煮雞胸肉沙律 $128呢份沙律係有次我地

呢份沙律係有次我地喺其他分店見到隔離枱點左,而留低印象,午飯唔想過份豐富,於是點一份試試。唔係講笑,實物真係好大份,比較一般嘅沙律大好多,三至四人食有餘。

一個大碟面頭灑上沙律菜,底層係滿滿嘅新鮮材料,有蘿蔔、海蜇、青瓜、蟹柳、沙律菜墊底,中間有一份慢煮雞肉,十分豐富!
雞肉慢煮,去皮健康,冇加調味,食落唔乾柴,適合追求健康嘅朋友。
