To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「華星冰室」相信大家都聽過,在旺角這個中心地區就可以吃得到,即便不是假日人流都很多,不過人流去得快,排隊等一下就可以吃得到了!來個常餐叉燒意粉+火腿炒蛋+多士+飲品,意粉跟一般的茶餐廳無異,都是粗身的湯意粉,不過這裡的炒蛋真的是很有水準,蛋香重之餘蛋很滑︿而且份量也很多,用來配著多士吃就可以自製蛋治了哈哈!另外點了鹹牛肉蛋餅出前一丁,這次選了「重口味」,原來是把湯底轉了一個像羅宋湯的底,雖說蕃茄味道重也有濃郁,不過配出前一丁,還是原來的麻油味最好吃,選「重口味」還要多加$5呢。鹹牛肉蛋餅份量很多,牛肉的鹹香配上牛的微焦,不錯。最後當然要吃校長多士,不加價的多士,上面是黑松露加上芝士,還沒吃已經可以聞到黑松露的香,芝士鋪滿整個多士面,一口可以吃到黑松露的香加芝士的奶味,雖然吃完整個常餐,但吃這個多士還是停不了呢!
