To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年父親節去食,大部分部長態度極差,又唔係高檔,唔知扮乜野,基本上佢地只係在乎熟客。食完見其他枱有西瓜,於是問一下,一個部長話視乎你消費就走左去,另一個話冇,如果要要收$25 一位,莫名其妙,請問有人要俾$25 一位食幾舊西瓜嗎,點解熟客先有唔照直講呢?點解大家講嘅野可以唔同,integrity 喺邊度?最後送左黎都唔開胃啦而食物質素方面,未至於好食到要受氣。香港食上海菜有更多更好的選擇,永遠都唔會再去,thanks
