To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2/18 晚打完羽毛球，一行人到食得喜晚飯，這裡每晚也full house, 皆因這家便宜又好吃，就算這裡每次侍應都黑口黑面，無服務可言，但每位客人都習慣了，也會親力親為習慣自己搞掂。我們一行七人點了九款小菜，由於太肚餓，只拍了幾張相。每款小菜都夠晒鑊氣，最滿意飽肚之選竟意是「酥炸墨魚餅」，粉漿很薄，外面鬆脆，墨魚肉厚又夠新鮮，啖啖墨魚肉！每人一件已很飽肚！非常抵食，其他還有沙拉骨，粉絲肥牛煲，薑汁炒芥蘭，避風塘炒蜆，金針雲耳蒸雞，海味雜菜煲等等⋯全部也不錯！唯獨一碟「滷水鵝腸」整串連肥膏一齊上，實太肥，外觀又不吸引，略為遜色，各人怕怕
