To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 便當之美味驚喜

由於天氣實在太熱，我今日就決定喺銅鑼灣搵間冷氣嘅地方食飯。走咗好耐，終於揾到間有名嘅「百芳池上便當」。聽講呢度嘅皮蛋豆腐同台灣牛肉麵好正，仲有啲珍珠奶茶係絕配，不過，話雖然咁講，我仍然保持住食前嘅期望唔要太高，免得太失望。啊！入到餐廳，冷氣真係舒服得嚟！飲品同埋菜式都唔錯，又有冇煙味，環境係乾淨整潔嘅，真係啱哂我而家嘅心情。等左陣，我哋嘅食物終於上枱啦！首先嚟緊嘅係皮蛋豆腐。個皮蛋就睇落已經好吸引，黑色嘅外表，裹住滑滑嘅豆腐，仲有啲綠色嘅芫荽作點綴，真係色彩鮮豔。食落去，個豆腐嫩滑爽口，而皮蛋嘅鹹香同埋特殊嘅味道完美地融合喺一齊，令我食嘢嘅胃口大開！跟住嘅台灣牛肉麵，湯底香濃，牛肉都煮得剛剛好，咬落去仲有啲嚼勁，真係好過癮！面條都係有彈牙嘅口感，同湯底一齊食係完美嘅組合。我今日真係食得好開心，一啖接一啖都停唔到口。其實今次嚟食唔止係因為飢餓，而係因為同埋我媽媽一齊嚟。佢係我最疼愛嘅人，而呢間餐廳都係佢好鍾意嘅，所以我就帶佢嚟食。睇住佢滿足嘅笑容，我心都係滿足嘅。
