To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 便當是一種心思,除了味道,更重要是當中的那份溫暖。台式便當眾所周知,每每遊台都總要吃上一次。慢滷豬手便當甚有特色。台灣滷水技術一向不差,以慢滷方式處理,豬手軟嫩入味,確是滋味。加上便當中的粉絲、滷蛋和青菜粟米,每一口都有家的味道,很台灣!紅燒是燒的其中烹調法,即是持續加熱,加入醬油、八角、冰糖等調味成紅褐色。紅燒湯麵當中的濃香簡直不可言喻。配上炸豬扒真是很飽足的一頓。台灣香腸也不能錯過,油脂甜香在口中散發,小小一片大大滋味。再來一杯芋頭鮮奶小芋圓,濃郁的芋頭配上鮮奶,加上QQ芋圓,幸福感滿滿。
