To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

26/3(五) 6pm與"微型泰山"的港島食浪暫告段落.接著便得照料抱恙的阿梁.咱們簡單的到"七喜"買下粥麵回家了事.購下水餃麵$17,皮蛋瘦肉粥$17,魚雲粥$24;下午茶時段優惠價享白蘿蔔$6及鹹肉粽$9.水餃麵--跟土記的七喜比較,這裡的體型沒那麼肥碩,但蝦隻勝在沒那麼重梳打,麵質爽滑,梘水味輕.皮蛋瘦肉粥--粥底稠身,皮蛋及瘦肉的份量不少,亦富自身味道及質感!魚雲粥--粥底比蛋瘦的綿滑點,入口含魚鮮,魚雲的味道亦然!白蘿蔔--白灼的白蘿蔔挺嫩的,唯欠缺了冰糖的清甜.鹹肉粽--鹹肉粽尚且軟綿,內裏的五花肉亦滲著油香,蘸甜豉油吃著,不俗!一眾"七喜"仍是吃得過的...
