小編叫外賣嘅兩個堅持:1. 外賣兜唔可以係發泡膠。食用發泡膠裝嘅熱食簡直好似食化學品,正在慢性自殺咁。2.食物到達時候仲係熱嘅。深井陳記燒鵝(土瓜灣店)符合本小編以上的小堅持所以亦係我差不多每星期都會叫外賣的食店。今次無叫燒鵝,點咗幾味小菜。薑蔥魚腩煲係廚師推介。薑蔥好香,食落一啲都唔油膩,包住魚嘅炸粉亦唔厚。一個好好嘅廚師推介。滑蛋炒蝦仁味道同張相一樣 - 淡。煮嘅時候應該係油未夠熱就已經落蛋,所以蛋一啲都唔滑,好碎,又唔香、蝦仲有啲出水添。係失敗之作。蒜蓉炒油麥菜顧名思義,係蒜蓉炒油麥菜。優點係,一啲都唔油。豉油雞拼叉燒豉油雞 - 皮好爽,肉好滑,好入味。好好味!叉燒 - 蜜汁香甜,肉地唔乾但係舊叉燒好似啱啱絕食完三日咁瘦。
