以前會返下大陸食串燒,又好少喺香港食,通常都係一串串咁買,唔會成餐都係食串燒。今日同朋友喺旺角行街發現咗依間餐廳,睇落唔錯,就揀咗佢。Menu有埋圖真係可以易d做選擇估唔到食串燒都可以食到咁飽惹味蒜茸燒茄子 ($48)燒茄子係食串燒必叫呀,依個茄子勁大舊同多肉,見到都有d嚇親,d肉可以一絲絲咁夾出嚟,重點係超 多 蒜 頭同埋有適量調味粉,所以真係超惹味。皇牌燒牛舌 ($39/串)燒頂級墨魚丸 ($22/串)牛舌都係我嘅必點佢算係厚切 唔會燒到好乾墨魚彈牙 而且夠哂調味燒菠蘿($22/份)不過不失啦 個人覺得可以再燒得耐少少燒白鱔 ($50/串)好好食!魚皮香脆肉質彈牙,可以encore!!燒雞子 ($22/串)係餐廳推介,果然唔錯。食落好軟滑,而且冇乜異味。蒜蓉燒扇貝 ($52/4隻)調味落得好足,食落辣辣地,扇貝都有d鮮味燒雞泡魚干 ($48)以為會好硬但都還好,點日式沙律醬好正燒雞軟骨串 ($28)燒鮮冬菇($18)都係調味足,燒得好惹味,唔會太乾over咗
