講咗好耐終於試到616啦!不愧為牛肉火鍋專門店,真係有好多款前所未見嘅牛部位火鍋配料!牆上吊牌同每個人枱上嘅宣傳單張都羅列左好多唔同牛嘅部位同打邊爐嘅食用方法,搞到樣樣都想試~湯底叫左鴛鴦沙牛湯底。沙嗲果邊真係好濃郁,勁多沙茶醬同花生粒係底,超邪惡超惹味!牛骨湯底個邊就清好多,發揮住重要中和重口味沙嗲湯底嘅功用,呢個combo簡直Perfect!每碟牛嘅份量唔算特別,咁就可以試多幾款!Total叫咗四款,有西班牙雪花肋骨、澳洲和牛牛頸脊、滑尾龍、脖仁。最鍾意係澳洲和牛牛頸脊,油脂均勻,入口有牛香而且肉質好淋!第一次食滑尾龍好有驚喜,見d牛成日個pat pat郁郁尾仔fing fing,Pat pat郁得多d肉果然係唔同d,沾滿雞蛋漿嘅滑尾龍肉質真係超滑!豬頸肉就食得多,牛頸脊/脖仁就好少食,唔韌口感唔錯。西班牙雪花肋骨就比較韌,唔使淥好耐就好食啦!食肉點少得啤一啤丫!試咗616手工啤,清純唔苦澀,唔錯唔錯!仲叫咗竹笙、響鈴、手打墨魚滑!竹笙大大條,響鈴好新鮮好脆,墨魚滑食到細細粒墨魚粒好有口感!最後追加左公仔麵,加滑尾龍自製沙嗲牛肉公仔麵!食完真係超滿足!
