天氣突然之間變凍,就想食啲熱嘢。打得邊爐多又好似有啲悶咁今次就決定學俄羅斯同烏克蘭嘅人咁,飲vodka保暖,既然學佢地,所以就約定班朋友一齊去中環一間食東歐菜嘅餐廳首先一去到就見到好多佢地當地特色嘅擺設,非常精緻服務員安排我地坐低,地方比較細,坐得唔算舒服但都可以嘅當然有好多平時比較少食嘅菜色,好似燉兔肉,炆鹿肉咁當然要飲一飲個vodka 暖暖身先啦。個vodka 幾甜而且酒精味唔算強,幾唔錯肥豬肉冷盤傳統嘅生醃豬肉同埋煙豬腩肉,配黑麥包片,我就食唔慣啦,口味比較重正宗烏克蘭羅宋湯大家都知平時我地有嘅紅湯就係呢個湯,但真正嘅俄羅斯雜菜湯係一jo會加紅菜頭,所以顏色上面會紅啲,菜根味會重啲。招牌芝士焗牛脷盅牛脷焗到好腍身,都無異味,加上一個好濃嘅芝士汁,仲有一大塊餅可以點嚟食,頭盤嚟講算開胃俄國宮廷焙鹿肉佢係一個紅酒汁燴嘅鹿肉,個汁煮得非常好味,紅酒味好濃郁,鹿肉都好腍,唔會有渣,口味好似牛肋肉咁,推介俄國炆兔肉佢係用sour cream 嘅忌廉汁去燴兔仔肉,味道其實幾似白汁嘅,加上兔肉口感似雞,又有意粉做配菜,絕對似白汁雞肉意粉🤣基輔雞傳統名菜,係用雞胸包住一舊香草牛油,再沾麵粉攞去炸

首先一去到就見到好多佢地當地特色嘅擺設,非常精緻
服務員安排我地坐低,地方比較細,坐得唔算舒服但都可以嘅

當然有好多平時比較少食嘅菜色,好似燉兔肉,炆鹿肉咁

當然要飲一飲個vodka 暖暖身先啦。個vodka 幾甜而且酒精味唔算強,幾唔錯

傳統嘅生醃豬肉同埋煙豬腩肉,配黑麥包片,我就食唔慣啦,口味比較重

正宗烏克蘭羅宋湯
大家都知平時我地有嘅紅湯就係呢個湯,但真正嘅俄羅斯雜菜湯係一jo會加紅菜頭,所以顏色上面會紅啲,菜根味會重啲。

招牌芝士焗牛脷盅
牛脷焗到好腍身,都無異味,加上一個好濃嘅芝士汁,仲有一大塊餅可以點嚟食,頭盤嚟講算開胃

俄國宮廷焙鹿肉
佢係一個紅酒汁燴嘅鹿肉,個汁煮得非常好味,紅酒味好濃郁,鹿肉都好腍,唔會有渣,口味好似牛肋肉咁,推介

俄國炆兔肉
佢係用sour cream 嘅忌廉汁去燴兔仔肉,味道其實幾似白汁嘅,加上兔肉口感似雞,又有意粉做配菜,絕對似白汁雞肉意粉🤣

基輔雞
傳統名菜,係用雞胸包住一舊香草牛油,再沾麵粉攞去炸
因為包住牛油嘅關係,雞胸保持到佢嘅肉汁同水份,好嫩滑,但同時間外層好脆口,食完一件會仲想食多件
