三個月前試過同朋友行九龍城食過呢間點心店,覺得好ok,所以今日去九龍城入貨,再特登嚟食多一次。相隔三個月, 仲係咁有水準,啲用料依然係咁足。我哋叫咗鮮竹牛肉球、潮州粉果、鳳爪排骨飯、雷沙煎堆仔&鮮蝦腐皮卷。鮮竹牛肉球:牛肉味都幾重,而且三隻牛肉球都好大隻,加咗啲馬蹄裏面,爽口彈牙又唔會膩。潮州粉果:你哋睇下啲潮州粉粿嘅皮,薄到可以睇到入面啲餡。喺出面啲酒樓,佢哋好多都唔係自製,所以D皮都厚身。真係係香港食過好幾家酒樓,都未試過甘好食既粉粿。鳳爪排骨飯:一句講曬大件夾抵食。雷沙煎堆仔:一個用黑芝麻做餡嘅雷沙煎堆仔,表皮黐上白芝麻,咬落去又香又軟。佢既黑芝麻多到一咬開就傾瀉出黎。鮮蝦腐皮卷:你地睇下,佢皮脆內軟,入邊D料十分足,充斥曬整個內籠,唔會好似某D酒樓甘,入邊幾乎見唔到餡。2個人食到飽哂連埋茶位,平均每人都唔使60蚊。
