To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城有好多唔少泰國菜而這間泰國菜整體都保持水準，冇諗過晚市優惠竟然有$38香葉肉碎炸皮蛋，完全係正常份量不少，應該有差不多兩隻炸皮蛋。炸皮蛋第一次食原來都唔錯，十分之彈牙入邊皮蛋心有流心感。肉碎味道濃郁，和白飯一起吃最適合。香葉辣椒炒米粉，米粉好入味，海鮮不少都新鮮。豬頸肉沙律，豬頸肉份量有點驚人太多了，切得薄薄有燒香感，配上新鮮蔬菜幾開胃。雞肉沙嗲串燒，味道正常，沙嗲皮出邊香口。來吃泰國菜，當然要嗌沙冰，就叫了芒果沙冰太甜。最後仲有啲食唔晒打包返屋企添。
