To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友買完東西 , 正在想附近有什麼好吃 , 突然想起譚仔 . 算起來也有兩年沒有來過這一間 , 找了一會 , 又問人才找到 , 原來搬到對面 , 之前的位置已經變成 7-11. 第一次吃套餐過橋米線 , 我們選中辣 , 奇怪寫單的亞姐用好懷疑的眼神對我們說 , "好辣喎 , 你們吃到嗎" . 被她這樣一說 , 真的有些擔心 , 不過 , 我們還是按原有的想法 . 米線到了 , 好香 , 碗中好多辣粉 , 先嘗一啖 , 味道好濃 , 有一點點辣 , 也可以接受 . 朋友就說好辣 , 但是又好好味 , 之前她吃過小辣 , 不過味道相差好遠 . 它那種辣是不麻但又不是四川的多油 , 正 ! 香草雞翼也好好味 , 炸得剛剛好, 又入味 . 這間譚仔的味道始終也是比較穩定 , 之前去過其他 , 不是麵發脹 , 就是味道不夠 , 下次一定會再來 .
