個洛神花排骨比想像好吃,每粒也沾滿洛神花醬,甜甜酸酸的,令人超開胃,加上排骨也很juice 👍🏻
🦐米炒粉絲味道也剛剛好,粉絲炒得乾爽而不油 ,加上芽菜、蛋絲,令其很爽口。蓮藕腐皮卷內有粒粒蓮藕,非常有咬口。最後是個蔥爆金蠔,份糧非常足,有八隻金蠔,都只係$98 ,非常抵食。
看似簡單的菜式,但全部都煮得好吃 。今次他們沒有給甜品的餐單,最后都忙記點了。下次要點甜品,因為甜品好像也很好吃🥧

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
