To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

分店越開越多嘅譚仔，對於米線控嘅人士絕對係好事。今日一行三人黎到食午餐，位於鰂魚涌惠安苑嘅譚仔雲南米線，印象中應該新開店不久。對於幫襯開嘅人，餐牌基本上唔使睇都落到單，今日唔係太肚餓，所以無叫小食。1. 墨丸竹笙鮮蕃茄湯米線($47)，蕃茄味尙可，有蕃茄肉，竹笙夠爽口，所以每次都會叫這款餸。2. 魚腐冬菇雞肉鮮蕃茄湯米線($49)，餸菜無特別，都係個人喜好。3. 金茹牛丸竹笙10小辣米線($51)，辣味保持一貫水準。
