上周四,朋友生日想吃火鍋,所以我就訂了他家附近的一間火鍋店為他慶祝。因為我上次在它另外一間分店吃過,對這间台式火鍋店的水準有信心。上次我吃了他們的養生湯底,今次我們就叫了鴛鴦鍋(麻辣鍋和酸菜白肉鍋)。叫此鍋,送了一份追加的酸菜白肉,非常窩心。我的朋友非常之滿意這個酸菜白肉鍋的味道,他說味道可口,非常之開胃,而且鍋裏面有一些吸取了酸菜精華的闊粉條,酸酸的而且又香又有一點甜味,是這個鍋的特式之一。以我就非常之喜歡麻辣鍋的味道,有麻的香味,而且辣味十足,又不油膩,非常之令人吃不停。手切牛肉,肉嫩鮮甜,又香牛肉味,切的厚度亦都剛剛好,有咬口,正。即炸響鈴炸得非常鬆脆可口。鵝肝墨魚丸鮮甜彈口,裹面有爆汁的的香濃鵝肝,正。鮮甜三鮮和萵筍都非常新鮮。一定要說說這個新鮮銀耳,因為是整個完整的銀耳上枱,而且這銀耳放在火鍋後一會兒便非常滑口而且非常入味。外面很少會有得叫。炸午餐肉也非常之精彩厚厚的,又炸得非常香口,外層是脆脆的。因為吸了酸菜白肉湯底的闊粉條實在太好口了,我們最後也叫多了一份闊粉條來吃。吃火鍋加上冰凍啤酒,真是人生一大樂事。我的朋友也非常滿意今次的火鍋安排。
