To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間唔時食飯就會諗起千兩，食物質素普遍唔錯。今日就去左美麗華呢間。呢間係我比較鍾意因為坐得比較舒服。今次點左：海膽吞拿魚腩手卷南瓜天婦羅日式炸豆腐日式海鮮茶壺湯韓風辣吞拿魚伴紫菜串燒雞腿肉伴柚子胡椒炙燒太刀魚壽司螺片壽司個人鍾意海膽吞拿魚腩手卷，入面估係脆鱈魚乾，令成個卷物多啲質感。👍串燒雞腿肉伴柚子胡椒都係好嫩同好香柚子味。反而日式海鮮茶壺湯同韓風辣吞拿魚伴紫菜係有啲失望。個茶壺湯倒既時候，近壺口會快過咀口出水，浪費左好多湯。🥴 另外韓風辣吞拿魚伴紫菜既辣味我覺得有啲似醃菜既辣椒蘿蔔既辣味，同吞拿魚唔係太夾。整體都係幾好。同埋呢度既服務員態度好好👍👍

個人鍾意海膽吞拿魚腩手卷，入面估係脆鱈魚乾，令成個卷物多啲質感。👍

串燒雞腿肉伴柚子胡椒都係好嫩同好香柚子味。

反而日式海鮮茶壺湯同韓風辣吞拿魚伴紫菜係有啲失望。個茶壺湯倒既時候，近壺口會快過咀口出水，浪費左好多湯。🥴 另外韓風辣吞拿魚伴紫菜既辣味我覺得有啲似醃菜既辣椒蘿蔔既辣味，同吞拿魚唔係太夾。

整體都係幾好。同埋呢度既服務員態度好好👍👍
