今天的午餐選擇了簡簡單單的旺角通菜街上的通記魚蛋粉麵專家。這家老店自1957年開業以來,始終堅持傳統香港的味道,讓人不禁感到懷舊。我點了牛筋撈粗和魚角墨魚丸湯,還要了一瓶細樽裝的可口可樂。當湯一上桌,我迫不及待地先品嚐了幾口,這個湯是用豬骨和地魚熬煮而成,味道鮮美,讓人回味無窮。接著,我享用了魚角和墨魚丸,口感極佳,真是正呀喂!牛筋的份量也十分大,味道濃郁。粗麵搭配荔枝醋,還有少許通記自製的辣椒油,讓我體驗到分階段的味覺享受,令人驚喜。可惜今天的炸魚皮沒有貨,略感遺憾,但整體的用餐體驗依然非常滿意。下次再來一定要試試炸魚皮!
