To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 事隔三個月，今天再來永年士多買車仔麵，重溫從小到大的情懷。剛進店時，見到高佬（老闆），不禁想起以前他打理車仔檔的情景，讓人感到親切😄。說回食物，三碗麵份量都相當足，照片已經能讓你們垂涎三尺！😃豬紅、蘿蔔、墨魚、蝦卷、酸齋米粉，配上咖喱辣汁，真的好味到停不下口。😋雞翼、牛腩、牛筋米粉，每一口都讓人回味無窮。雞翼、牛肚、芝士腸烏冬，特別推薦的牛肚，讓人一試成主顧！這次還發現他們有新推出的小食，分別是魚蛋串、魷魚串、豬腸串和牛柏葉，搭配他們獨特的辣汁，瞬間提升了食物的風味。最後，別忘了點他們的樽仔奶茶，滑順的口感讓人一試成主顧，實在不可錯過！我決定每三個月都要來一次，因為在外面真的很難找到這種人情味的美食！今次已經適應了在數碼落單，那下次來時就可以事先下單，到店就可以直接取走了。
