To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

淘大店開左咁耐，都係吃過2~3次，今次吃得比較辛苦，平時我會坐卡位，但今次坐迴轉位比教熱，食到出哂汗，所以食左一陣好快就走人。雖然熱，但壽司依然好味，特別是左口魚，一咬入口有質感，有少少肥膩既感覺，而且非常juicy, 超正，其次係帶子，啖啖肉，非常有口感，讚。今個月因自己生日，而且仲係會員，所以有1次9折及double分。我好鍾意元氣會員可以搖控拎飛，因為通常都要等好耐，有呢個功能就可能節省好多等位時間，讚
