To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上9點幾，同女友黎到九龍城，仲未食飯，好肚餓，見到呢間「德昌魚蛋粉」仲燈光通明，行去再睇下咩好食，坐低後，首先叫咗個紫菜墨丸河，一個魚蛋河，當年開張嘅時候都嚟過食，都是人頭湧湧，估唔到今日仍然夜晚都有返唔想下人次，水準仍然keep得到。墨丸魚蛋都非常之彈牙，紫菜湯一如既往都中規中矩，飲左少少湯，都唔會好口渴。
