離開熱鬧既銅鑼灣,行遠少少有間唔錯既西餐,以前係餐廳未轉名前都食過,覺得好好食,未知仲keep 唔keep 到水準呢啤酒脆漿炸魷魚圈,魷魚圈肉厚,炸粉好薄又乾身,炸物最啱點沙律醬烤西班牙黑毛豬扒侍應話7成熟最好,但我地怕生,都係要9成黑毛豬表面煎得好有焦香,鎖住肉汁,一邊切一邊滲出肉汁雖然叫9成熟,其實肉質都依然細膩,充滿油香,好juicy底下仲有焗薯,荷蘭豆帶子扁意粉,帶子半生熟,係北海道帶子,內裡軟心加上其他配料,煙肉,乾車厘茄,扁意粉al dente 口感煙韌,醬汁係鮑魚汁,加上芥蘭苗,有少少中式既感覺Music tower 真係好特別,杯上砌左層層鮮菠蘿條,食得又飲得,果汁有菠蘿同芒果汁等配合,味道幾freshHotel California,係cocktail, 未入口前已聞到幾濃既酒味入口少少菠蘿既清甜,唔澀, 入口都幾順口因為酒精濃度比較高, 好彩佢唔大杯, 每次一兩啖就夠結果,食物整體都仲好好味, 值得再黎
