To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我一直都有幫襯開東記，覺得呢度嘅豬手同牛腩真係幾唔錯，豬手夠哂大件之餘又yummy麵條好彈牙，並非用一般全蛋麵，難得！至於牛腩又係另一款美味之作，牛腩炆得軟稔入味，牛味香濃，而且食落完全冇渣，正！牛腩嘅份量中規中矩，呢度的食物㨂牛腩特別多幾元抵唔抵食見人見智。而今次是下午茶時間同朋友到處搵野食一經過門口聞到牛腩香，又好耐冇食一於入黎食碗腩麵!!我要豬手牛腩麵多蔥一上枱聞到好香牛腩同豬手汁味啖湯夠清，但有點過咸。豬手得一舊炆得夠腍。但是鹵水味不足.....掛住叫多蔥忘了一句多加腩汁..吃起來味道不足牛腩都較厚身大件，份量真唔少。有六舊...食落好香腍軟身，好正麵依舊煮得岩岩好夠彈牙。而且份量好足，又無梘水味。朋友食牛腩麵亦有同感。不過呢度下午茶同正價時間一樣沒有特別優惠....如果有相信我會經常幫襯
