To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

可能係夏天關係，今日唔需要要排隊，但係仍然都多客。清湯(藥膳)崩沙腩河粉$93八寶既清湯係用中藥材熬製而成，以前有一段時間會覺得好苦，但係今日嘅湯少咗嗰種苦澀味，反而更加有甘醇口味。即使夏天飲落肚身體都好舒服好溫和。平時食粉麵都會落辣椒油，而係八寶就從來都唔會落。咁先真正品嘗同尊重到湯既味道。崩沙腩仍然好好食，軟腍唔黐牙，有筋膜連肉係最好比例。清湯(藥膳）手打牛丸麵$63一碗4粒牛丸既粉麵，係會覺得好昂貴。對比其他地方貴又唔好食既，八寶係值得。牛丸爽彈，食落口唔係有渣個種，更加唔會得味精味。八寶係仍然願意支持既小店。
